Ejeke Jacob popularly known as TYPA, is from Benue State Nigeria. TYPA started music in 2013 and got inspiration from stars like Olamide, Phyno, Don Baba, Davido and most especially Ice Prince.
TYPA is a young and vibrant artist who is creative. He has worked with over 5 artistes on various songs on stage.
TYPA released his debut song in 2014. And in early 2016, he released his first single titled ‘Your Daddy‘. Your daddy became the song of the town and was famous among the middle-aged group.
Then in late 2016, TYPA dropped ‘Iyawo Mi‘ (My Wife). Since the release of Iyawo Mi, it has been downloaded by thousands of fans from different age groups.
TYPA has performed Iyawo Mi in various wedding ceremonies.
Iyawo Mi is been played almost in every wedding occasion because the song talks about the value of Marriage and wedding. It also emphasised on the importance of the woman gender.
We expect TYPA to drop his debut Album sometimes in 2017. We are looking forward to it!!
